Points & Stones 08 explores the repetition of looping squares through a composition of points, intervals and material. A single silver point forms the quiet centre of the design, creating a moment of stillness before the eye is drawn between the principal diamonds and around the surrounding square formations. The composition shifts between symmetry and movement, allowing the gaze to circulate across the surface in an almost infinite rhythm.
Every point is individually composed under a microscope before being permanently formed into the titanium surface. Contrasting precious metals and flush-set laboratory-grown diamonds introduce moments of light, balancing microscopic precision with the tactile qualities of handcraft.
